Elevator Pitch:

The Talking Tree is an installation which allows you to listen to the average growth rate of all Ponderosa Pine trees in Colorado since this tree was born 17 years ago. We lined the tree rings of this log with conductive paint, which sends serial data to Arduino when the user touches them.
